General
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the
English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between
Photo Slideshow DVDs and any customer.
The terms and conditions on this site may change at any time as can the
prices so please check back if unsure.
This site may contain links to other websites/associations.
Photo Slideshow DVDs does not endorse any other site and is not liable
for any loss or damages related to the content, products or services
available through those sites.
Payment
Prices for orders are stated inclusive of Value Added Tax. Orders will
be invoiced at the current prices at the time of posting.
We cannot accept your order until we have received payment online,
including applicable delivery charges. Upon payment, we will confirm
acceptance of your order by post or e-mail. Our acceptance of your
order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the
right not to supply you at our discretion.
Policy on Lost / Damaged Original Material
Photo Slideshow DVDs accept no responsibility for loss or damage to your
photographs or original artwork whilst in the hands of a postal service
or on our premises. In the event of loss or damage, we will only refund
to the replacement value of original materials to a maximum of £10. In
commissioning Photo Slideshow DVDs for any work, you implicitly agree to
consent to this replacement policy as set out above.
We recommend Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.
We do not recommend standard post.
All packages should be clearly marked; FRAGILE, PHOTOGRAPHS, DO NOT
BEND.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Work
Photo Slideshow DVDs also reserves the right to refuse commissions
involving photographs or other images which may already be copyrighted
material, or for any other reason, specified or otherwise, at our
discretion.
Data Protection
Photo Slideshow DVDs only collects personal information about you, e.g.
names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses when you
specifically provide us with such information on a voluntary basis, e.g.
when enquiring or ordering from Photo Slideshow DVDs. Your personal
information is kept anonymous and will not be shared with any third
parties.
Photo Slideshow DVDs does not sell, trade, rent, or release your personal
information to any third parties.
Your Guarantee
We aim to complete each order within 14 working days of receiving
original material, but this might vary depending on the service you
choose. You will be informed if processing is to take longer than 14 working
days.
Copyright
Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise
are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to
the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically
or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without
the permission of the site owner.
